An exhibition dedicated to Anne Frank at the National Museum of Nature and Ethnography of Moldova.

                  25.01.2007

The Association of Jewish Organizations and Communities organized an exhibition dedicated to Anne Frank at the National Museum of Nature and Ethnography of Moldova. A special edition of the Jewish TV program "Jewish Tuning Fork" was dedicated to this tragic event in the history of our people.
Anne Frank: a History for Today is the title of a travelling exhibition, designed by the curators of the Anne Frank Huis in Amsterdam. The exhibition challenges us to think of tolerance, human rights and democracy. How? By telling Anne Frank's story and that of her family and by showing the history of the Holocaust through the testimony of other contemporary witnesses. The exhibition encourages the visitor to think about then and now - to see parallels and differences in events.
The exhibition is co-organized by the Anne Frank Huis (Amsterdam, Netherlands), the Jewish fund of Ukraine, Kishinev fund "Dor-le-Dor" and the Jewish congress of Moldova.
