                  Minister of Transport and Safety on Roads of Israel met with the Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Israel.

                  During a meeting between Shaul Mofaz, Israel Minister of Transport and Safety on Roads, with Farkhod Khakimov, Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Uzbekistan, representative of Uzbek party applied to increase number of aviaflights between Israel and Uzbekistan. The parties agreed about creation of two workgroups including representatives of the Ministries of Transport of Israel and Uzbekistan which main task will be preparation of agreements on strengthening partnership between the states in the sphere of passenger and freight traffic. On end of groups' work Minister of Transport of Uzbekistan will attend Israel to sign the agreement, and Shaul Mofaz will visit Tashkent with reciprocal visit.
                  The Ambassador of Uzbekistan to Israel noted, that improvement of communications between the countries in various areas is connected with mutual needs of the states. "The new stage of strengthening interaction and partnership is mutually advantageous both for economy of our states, and for ordinary citizens.
