Kerry to Head US Senate Foreign Relations Committee.
20.12.2008 Sen. John Kerry is expected to take the position of chairman of the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid said.
Kerry had been the Democratic candidate in the 2004 Presidential elections. He is the senator who represents Massachusetts.
