Unexpected Temperature Fall Stops Military Maneuvers.
24.12.2008 An unexpected temperature fall in Israel temporarily halted the night military maneuvers in the Kfir brigade, as several soldiers suffered of hypothermia.
Brigadier-general Itay Virov, who was in charge of the maneuvers, ordered a halt, as well as an examination of the injured and their evacuation to the hospital. The military formation Plada ("steel") commander General Uzi Moskovich who was present at the maneuvers ordered to appoint a special commission on the investigation of reasons that caused hypothermia of the soldiers.
