Ukrainian Political Scientist Supports Israel

The prominent Ukrainian political scientist Taras Vozniak, the founder and editor-in-chief of the YI magazine, has published an article in support of Israel's actions in the war against Hamas terror on his private blog on Ukrainian Pravda website. "In the global geopolitical layout Ukraine and Israel are in the same boat," Vozniak writes. In his opinion, Russia with its advances to Hamas is playing against Ukraine at the same time. "Hamas, pelting Israel with missiles, is hiding behind women, children and mosques, as well as European 'peacemakers' and Islamic diasporas," claims Vozniak.
He notes that some Ukrainian politicians and media repeat Russian propaganda clichés, accusing Israel of what is going on. Vozniak believes that with Moscow threats to the territorial integrity of Ukraine, the latter should not decrease the expenses of the Defense Ministry.
