Fact of Extremism Confirmed

On March 25, the judicial board on civil cases of the Moscow City Court left both verdicts unchanged; one of Moscow Zamoskvoretsky District Court from December 22, 2008 and the second from November 24, 2008, which defined the articles "Symbiosis, the KGB and the Jews" and "Death to Russia!", published in the newspaper "Duel," issue # 27 of 2006 and # 31 of 2007, as extremist materials.
Applications on recognition of these materials as extremist were sent to the court by Gagarinsky interregional prosecutor.
The Zamoskvoretsky court also ruled to terminate the newspaper "Duel" and to abate the media's certificate of registration.
