Palestinian Delegate in Russia: Israel Cannot be Invited to Peace Conference in Moscow

Head of the Delegation of Palestine in the peace talks Yasser Abed Rabo said Israel cannot not take part in the Middle East peace conference in Moscow.
Rabo said: "Some of the players, for example, Israel, cannot be invited. Israel rejects the established rules of the game and continues to build settlements."
Leadership of the Palestinian Autonomy believes that the impasse in the negotiations with Israel is caused, first and foremost, by the policy of expansion and construction of Israeli settlements on Palestinian territories.
In addition, the PA is concerned that the new leaders of the foreign policy of the Jewish state are more interested in normalizing relations with the already existing Arab states than building new ones.
