Lieberman Demands Explanations from Russia

Today, the Israeli Minister of Foreign Affairs Avigdor Lieberman met in Israel with the Deputy Head of Russian MFA Alexander Saltanov.
"In connection with the recent events in the region, Russia should reconsider its positions," the Israeli minister noted. He also demanded of his interlocutor the explanations concerning the supply of Russian weapons to Iran and Arabic countries. Saltanov, in his turn, underlined the importance of sharing opinions and stressed the necessity to take every effort to stabilize the situation. He claimed that the Russian Federation strives for strengthening of Russian-Israeli relations.
