The vocal ensemble of Paul Sharomov continues its program "Music of the peoples of the world." Now, it has been replenished by Jewish motifs. Together with the
"Siberian Dixieland", string ensemble "Liberamente" and Dina Novikova (piano), the team will play a concert called "Sholom" on May 12, as reported by Sibkray.ru (Siberian region) with reference to the press service of the
                  Novosibirsk Philharmonic Society.
"Sholom" is the music of the Promised Land and its environs, both academic and popular. The first part will include works by Mendelssohn, Prokofiev, Shostakovich, and even the famous French composer and harpsichord player Rameau, among whose works there is a cantata on Torah texts.
The second part of the concert will be comprised by song music - folk songs, songs by George Berlin, little masterpieces from Utesov's repertoire, from "Fiddler on the roof" musical by Bock, and, of course, the famous "Hava nagila."
