Victor Yuschenko Congratulates Shimon Peres on Israel Independence Day

Victor Yuschenko, the President of Ukraine, congratulated his Israeli colleague, Shimon Peres, on Independence Day of the State of Israel.
"On behalf of the people of Ukraine and from me personally, please accept sincere congratulations with Independence Day of the State of Israel. Ukraine is inclined to strengthen all kinds of relations with Israel, to aid in the strengthening of safety and stability in the Near East," cites Yuschenko's press service.
Besides this, Yuschenko confirmed his invitation to Shimon Peres to make a visit to Ukraine.
The President of Ukraine wished the leader of Israel, "All kinds of success in the fulfillment of your crucial duties to the state, and to the friendly Israeli people — peace and prosperity."
At the same time, when participating in the most high-rated Friday night talk show of Savik Shuster, the Ambassador of Israel to Ukraine Zina Kalai-Kleitman expressed her disappointment at the absence of a clear position of the delegation of Ukraine concerning the scandalous speech of the President of Iran during the Geneva forum.
