Librarian Sentenced to Corrective Labour for Anti-Semitic Movie

On April 23, Cherepovets city court censured in the case of a former librarian of Cherepovets Episcopal Voskresensky Compound library N.A. Yuganova, accused of part 1 of article 282 of the Criminal Code (actions aimed at inciting hatred or enmity, as well as disparagement of a group of people on the grounds of nationality and attitude towards religion, committed in public), the "Sova" (Owl) information agency reported.
The investigation found out that the film Yuganova put the movie "Russia with a knife in its back. Jewish fascism and genocide of Russian people" on the rack shelf, available to all readers of the library, and recommended them to watch it.
The Court has sentenced Natalia Yuganova to 6 months of corrective labour with 10% of the earnings retained by the state.
