Jewish Ambulance to Appear in Moscow

The ambulance service "Atsala Moskva" was created in Moscow, as reported by the Jewish.ru portal. "Atsala" will be helping the traditional medical emergency service in Moscow, without substituting it,” said the service coordinator rabbi Shneur Alperin.
Twenty volunteers, who received medical education in Israel and Moscow,will be able to arrive quickly and administer first aid for the Jewish residents of Moscow in timely fashion. Each of them has been equipped with a first aid kit. It includes heat-insulating packages, tonometer, glucometer,oxygen mask, bandages and many other items.
Special first aid training courses will be held for the service volunteers at the Moscow Jewish Community Center. Now the volunteers have already begun working in the districts of Sofrino, Maryina Roshcha and in the synagogue on Bolshaya Bronnaya.
