Netanyahu to pledge no surprise Iran attack

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will pledge not to "surprise" the United States with an attack on Iran when he meets this week with President Obama.
"I believe that the government of Israel will have a commitment to no surprises, a commitment not to bolt out of the blue," an official with a pro-Israel organization in Washington said over the weekend.
Netanyahu is meeting Monday with Obama, in part to consolidate a strategy for dealing with Iran’s suspected nuclear program.
U.S. officials in recent weeks reportedly have expressed concerns that Israel will go it alone if it is perceived that Iran is on the verge of manufacturing a nuclear weapon.
