President of Russia Cancels Exams for Jewish students

The Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has cancelled the matriculation exams for several thousands of Jewish students. This was done at the request of the Chief
Rabbinate of the Russian Federation, which indicated that the exams coincide with the holiday of Shavuot, reports "Galei-Tsahal."
