First Floor of the First "Menorah" Tower in Dnepropetrovsk Almost Completed

Construction of the first floor of the first five-storied tower of the "Menorah" Center has been almost finished. The workers are already working on the second floor,and the work is in full swing.
"The speed of construction is simply amazing; every day, walking to the synagogue to pray, one can see significant changes, - says the Chairman of Jewidh community Reb Gersh Korol' - and going back in the evening, again one sees new walls, beams, constructions. Everything is growing right in front of us".
The ground floor of the second tower, which will consist of ten floors,is also being completed. In the next two towers, fifteen and twenty stories high, work is under way on the underground level, and the foundation is being finished.
"The first tower is structurally more complicated than the rest, said the curator of construction Victor Leonov: schedule of its construction provides 15 days for a floor. Every fifteen days there will be a new floor, and since
it is a five-storied tower, and the first floor is already built, the construction will take two more months.
The second tower is easier: every floor will be built in ten days. The whole tower will be ready in a bit more than three months".
Each tower is being erected by separate teams of workers. This allows us to work with maximum efficiency, each team with its own schedule. Other teams right now are working on the foundations of the next twotowers. Very soon the construction of the underground floor will start here.
"As soon as we complete the basement plate of the towers, the parking plate,Victor Leonov continues: and it will be in two weeks, the schedule for their construction will be the same - ten days per floor".
Preparatory work for the building of the second fifteen-storied tower is being completed. This will be the last tower that in the first stage of construction of the "Menorah" Center.
Thus, according to the announced schedule, by the Rosh-a-Shana of the 5770th Jewish Year, the first two towers will have been constructed, and by the new year in the end of December there will be two more.
