Festival "Rainbow of Jewish Diaspora" Ongoing in Odessa

From the 28th of May to the 13th of June, the festival "Rainbow of Jewish Diaspora" will be taking place in Odessa.
The festival is going to include a charity fair "Jewish cuisine", evenings for young people "See Israel, and...!", opening of Israeli film festival, a celebration of the 15th anniversary of the Odessa Jewish musical theater "Migdal Or."
There will be numerous exhibitions, film shows and national costumes demonstrations, master classes and seminars with the participation of guests from abroad, and other diverse activities. A performance by folk musician, dancer, and choreographer Andreas Shmitges (Germany) is also expected. A gala concert will conclude the festival.
The festival will be attended by representatives of Odessa Society of Jewish Culture, Odessa Jewish musical theater "Migdal Or"; Museum of the History of the Jews of Odessa "Migdal Shorashim," Zakarpattia State Russian Drama Theater (Mukachevo), World Club of Odessa residents; Odessa Literary Museum, Theater of Young Spectator; Bavarian House, Greek Culture Foundation, French Cultural Center, Polish Cultural Center in Odessa, Ukrainian cultural museum and exhibition center "Tarasiv Dim," the Jewish charity center "Hesed Shimon" (Simferopol) and City Center of Choreography, Dankevich College of Culture; kosher restaurant "Rozmarin."
The organizers of the "Rainbow of Jewish Diaspora" is a charitable foundation "Ha-Nadiv," American Jewish Distribution Committee "JOINT," Office of Cultural Affairs and Arts at Odessa City Council. The event is also supported by the Israeli Cultural Center and the Center for Jewish Education in Ukraine.
