Israel requires Russian participation to solve the water problems with Lebanon and Israel-Palestine relationships.

The Minister of Defense of Israel, Binyamin Ben-Elieser, has said during his meeting with near eastern messenger of Russia, Andrew Vdovin, Israel can not stand the continuing water exhaust from Vazzany river.
