The Jewish family living in Latvia is among hostages of Chechen rebels in Moscow.
24.10.2002 Among the hostages of Chechen rebels in Moscow there was the Jewish family from Latvia: Margarita Dubina, her daughter Kira Zelsermann and a son Alexander Zelsermann.
According to Vilmar Kheninshin (the Press Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs if Latvia) the chief police department of Riga is trying to find relatives of these people in Latvia. Kheninshin forms the agents of the Diplomatic Corps headed by the Vice Consul Girt Yaunzems have arrived at site of occurrence. It
