The new TV-channel in Russian will be put on the air on November 12.
28.10.2002 The broadcast is intended for citizens of the former Soviet Union, who currently make 17% of Israel population (1,2 million persons). Transmission will be conducted on the Ninth channel of cable and satellite TV.
