The Fair of youth programs and high education in Israel, organized by the Jewish Agency ("Sokhnut"), took place in the Kiev planetarium. Anna Azari, the Ambassador of the Israel State in Ukraine and Moldavia, during traditional opening ceremony has greeted participants and visitors and has reminded a precept of the leader of world proletariat about necessity to study.
Representatives of Jerusalem, Tel-Aviv, Haifa and Baer-Shevsky Universities and various Israeli colleges, by abundance of programs, brochures and video-films provided the wide spectrum of the information allowing to follow one of not the worst instructions of Ilyich.
Genuine interest of public was provoked by report of the editor of daily Israeli newspaper "Message", Eugeny Selts, about real events and situations in Israel. Visitors set to the journalist lots of questions which touched analogy between the Palestinian and Chechen terrorism, evoked by the latest tragic events at Dubrovka in Moscow.
And meanwhile, the Day of the Jewish community took place, in a planetarium hall. Dozens of teachers, volunteers, doctors have been awarded with prizes and honorary titles of the "man of the year" for communal activity in various nominations. The words of a nominee Efim Kanevsky, the former tankman and participant of the World War II who is currently engaged in repair of tonometers, were especially touching: "I wish people to have normal pressure for my work to be not necessary".
According to information of organizers of the event, over 2000 persons have visited the fair within a day.
