To adopt current statutory acts of Saint Petersburg to the federal legislation the deputy of the city Assembly Vadim Tyulpanov submitted for consideration of colleagues the bill about changes and additions to the law from March 29, 2000 "About administrative responsibility for manufacturing, distribution and demonstration of nazi symbolic in territory of Saint Petersburg".
The name of the law in new edition sounds as "About administrative responsibility for manufacturing nazi attributes or symbolic in territory of Saint Petersburg". According to the project manufacturing of nazi attributes or symbolic presupposes imposing administrative penalty on citizens - in amount from 5 to 10 Minimal Salaries, on officials - in amount from 10 to 20 Minimal Salaries, on legal persons - from 25 to 50 Minimal Salaries (in case of repeated infringement penal sanctions are doubled).
Production of nazi attributes or symbolic for creation of television movies, films, performances, literary works, or other materials condemning fascism is not considered to be administrative offence.
