The 6-th congress of Jewish charitable centers of Russia has passed in Orenburg.
04.11.2002 The heads of 38 Jewish charitable centers of Russia (including Pskov area represented by the director of the Jewish charitable center "Hased Itshaak" Bella Litvak) participated in Congress. According to Bella Litvak, participants of the Congress elected the new Association Council of Russian Jewish communities, accepted new members to the structure of Association, discussed relations with tax bodies, charitable organizations, authorities, formed the new structure of an editorial board of the newspaper "Idud Hasadim", etc. Besides participants of the Congress have visited the festival of Jewish culture "Shalom" in Orenburg.
