06.11.2002 In October 2002 within borders of the joint project "KesherNet" there were opened three Centers of information and communication technologies for training Ukrainian women in Lutsk, Khmelnitskiy and Cherkassy. Female groups and workers of the future center as well as management of the Jewish structures of cities took active part in centers organization.
