                  President Leonid Kuchma has appointed the ambassador of Ukraine in Israel Alexander Slipchenko, and in Kuwait - Anatoly Burmakov. It is determined by decrees of the president from November 14. Since 1999 Slipchenko held a post of the Ambassador of Ukraine in Sweden and headed, pluralistically, Ukrainian Diplomatic Representation in Denmark and Norway. Earlier the post of the Ambassador of Ukraine in Israel was occupied by Dmitry Markov, appointed in September the Ambassador of the country in the Netherlands. Igor Turchin acted as the Charge d`Affaires ad interim of Ukraine in Israel. Before that there was no Ukrainian Embassy in Kuwait.
