The Culture Department of Regional State Administration has required the Administration of Capital Construction to return the historic monument to its place up to 10 a.m. of 30th of October 2002. Otherwise by this time the Culture Department will be compelled to apply to the Office of Public Prosecutor with the requirement to bring criminal case on the fact of destruction of a historic monument.
