Australia judges the terrorist - anti-Semite.

In Australia there was initiated hearing of the case of Jack Roshe, the 49-years old citizen of Australia. The Moslem, the native of the Great Britain, is accused of planning acts of terrorism against the Embassy of Israel in Canberra and Sydney.
According to prosecution, Roshe was going to carry out attacks during the period between February 15 and May 26, 2000 but neither of attacks has been realized.
Prosecutors state that Roshe has wide experience of blasting extremist activity. He managed "to show up" in Malaysia, Pakistan and Afghanistan.
However defense asserts that Roshe is not guilty and was arrested in the light of the "flow of struggle against terrorism". He was detained on November 18 after special services started to investigate explosions occurred in Bali and to search radical Islamic groupings inside the country. Roshe's lawyers say their client has got to police by mistake and there are no any evident proofs of his fault.
