Israel renders the military help to China.
11.12.2002 One of the heads of Washington Research Institute of James Foundation, Richard Fisher, has published the report affirming that Israel renders the military help to China.
In the report it is informed that Israel takes part in designing the multi-purpose military aircraft "Shangado", assembled of the parts supplied by different countries. Thus, the plane will be equipped with the Russian engine AL-31FN, the radar produced ether by Israeli or Russia or designed on the basis of Israeli or Russian technology. Besides Israelis help in development of the fuselage and the control system.
It is informed Israel participates in development of two other projects of the liberation army of China. For example, such as development of a "surface-to-air" rocket HQ-9/FT-2000 on the basis of synthesis of technologies of the American system of prompting, the Russian directing system, the Chinese engine. The contribution of Israel is designing and projecting a rocket.
Another project is designing a conventional submarine of the "Song" model, which is to be assembled on the basis of the German engine, the Russian system of arms and the Chinese casing. The contribution of Israel is also designing and projecting the machine.
After the scandal with the aircraft "Falkon" and after the last year's interdiction of the USA for Israel to equip IL aircrafts of the Chinese Air Forces with Israeli radar systems there were no requests for military cooperation between China and Israel.
The Scientific Research Institute of James Foundation, characterized as the establishment with "strongly displayed right orientation", has become famous during the cold war due to programs on "stimulation" the desertion (on expression of those times) of high-ranking officers serving in armies of the communistic block as well as prominent scientists and moving them to the USA.
Due to this institution many Soviet scientists have moved to the USA that provoked rumors about connection of the institute with CIA.
