Israel continues to assist India - this time in the sphere of public health services. The group of senior pupils will be sent to benighted villages located in the suburb of Big Delhi to teach local youth first-aid treatment and household hygiene. The initiative proceeds from the administration of Big Delhi which expresses a wish to get acquainted with experience of Israel in this sphere. The head of the public health service of the Ministry of Education has noted: "It is a gesture of good will from the side of Israeli youth wishing to assist Indian age-mates". Members of the Israeli delegation were selected by results of the competition, in view of their knowledge in the field of public health services, colloquial English and skills of collective work.
