The Moscow city court has made the decision on illegality of termination the case put against anti-Semitism in Mass-Media.

Moscow city court has considered the complaint of a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, Boris Stambler, in concern of the decision of Zamoscvoretsky court of the capital. We shall remind, that Zamoscvoretsky court has earlier recognized lawful the decision of the Moscow city Office of Public Prosecutor to terminate the criminal case against Victor Korchagin for causing interethnic divisions on the fact of edition two issues of the magazine "Rusich". "The Jewish occupation in Russia" and "Generals about Jews", obviously of anti-Semitic nature, have been appealed by the veteran in Moscow City Court. The judiciary board investigating this distressful case has come to the conclusion about illegality of the decision of Zamoscvoretsky regional court.
This event was commented by Alexander Axelrod, the director of "Tolerance" fund in Russia. "Unfortunately, this decision of the court yet does not mean that mentioned in the claim editions will be recognized as those provoking interethnic divisions. It only emphasizes that the judicial board and the Office of Public Prosecutor have a bit different understanding about law observance in Russia", Axelrod considers.
