The new book by Dr. Oleg Kozerod about Jewish history of

The new book by Oleg Kozerod "Jews of Ukraine during new economic policy" was released in Kiev publishing house "Svchina".
In the research consisting of 272 pages reveals the basic problems of history of the Jewish community of Ukraine during the period of the New Economic Policy. The known expert on problems of the Jewish history of 1920th years Dr. Oleg Kozerod used in the research the unique archival material and works from western historiography. The book will be useful first of all to historians, experts on Jewish history of XX century, students of Jewish universities studying the subject of "Jewish history and culture".
History of the Jewish community of Ukraine during the period of "early 1920" was not investigated by local researchers within more than 80 years. Therefore the book becomes useful for everyone who is interested in this period of the history which has influenced the further destiny of Jews in the USSR in XX century.
