The government of Thailand cannot guarantee safety of teenager's delegation from Israel.
27.12.2002 The world festival of scouts, taking place in Thailand, has passed without Israeli teenagers. The corresponding decision was accepted after the government of Thailand stated it could not guarantee safety of delegation from Israel.
Thus the Thai Council of National Safety informed emergency measures of safety have been undertaken in the country before the New year. Additional forces have been thrown on protection of 20 thousand boys and girls from 80 countries that have arrived to participate in the Festival.
Thus heads of special services of Thailand informed that any information on planed attacks did not come.
