Orthodox parish participates in financing a synagogue construction in Birobidjan.

An Orthodox parish acting in Birobidjan participated in financing the construction of the Jewish community Center and a synagogue. The money raised by the Orthodox parishioner have already been transferred to the "Centre Construction" account.
Several sources at once participate in financing the construction of Birobidjan's Jewish community Center, the first center of the kind in the entire history of the town. The money comes from donations, local businesspeople, international Jewish organizations, as well as from the federal budget. The latter source is to provide three billion rubles making it possible to finish all construction works by April of this year.
