Seattle Jewish community representatives visited Mongolia.
09.01.2003 The delegation of five people led by the Head of the Seattle Jewish community Nina Binder is currently visiting Baian-Olgiy district populated mostly by ethnic Kazakhs practicing Islam. The members of the Seattle Jewish community are expected to visit other communities and regions of the country during this seven day visit. The visit to Mongolia is strictly an initiative of the visiting delegation and has no official status. The member of the delegation report to have established very warm and friendly relations with the population of Mongolia.
