Building is profaned with anti-Semitic inscriptions on monthly basis in Samara.

"Death to the kikes!" inscription appeared on the side of a house facing a Jewish kindergarten. As reported before, vandals profane the building of kindergarten with anti-Semitic inscriptions on monthly basis. The law enforcement departments take no measures. The administration of the kindergarten has to strengthen the security.
Samara's "Volzhskaya Zarya" and "Alex-Inform" newspapers regularly publish anti-Semitic articles. The NPP and NDPR have their offices in the city; skin heads have been seen. The Jewish cemetery is profaned.
Last year, the publisher of "Alex-Inform" Oleg Kitter (he is the local leader of the NDPR) was acquitted by the district court. He had been accused by the City Prosecutor Office of stirring up racial hatred. In celebration, Oleg Kitter has already sent an open letter "to all Public Prosecutors of the Russian Federation" demanding to bring an action against those who publish and distribute the New Testament, which is deemed by Oleg Kitter as a propaganda of extremism and the Jews' "God's most favorable nationality" status.
A local newspaper "Subbota" criticized Oleg Kitter who immediately brought an action against the newspaper. An interesting fact is that Mr. Kitter is the owner of a gas and hunting weapon store: thus, local extremists are well equipped.
