Israel promises aid to Kazakh farmers.
28.01.2003 Considering Kazakhstan's specific features, the Israeli authorities will transfer money to the farms only, and are not going to sponsor the state programs for the rural development nor scientific researches by Kazakh agronomists. If necessary, Israel will send its scientists to help Kazakh farmers to master new technologies. Israel explains its participation with an intention to help the agriculture of Kazakhstan currently in crisis, as well as with the request by the USA to help this sector of the Kazakh economy.
