10th interdisciplinary conference on Jewish studies organized by "Safer" center started its work in Moscow's "Cosmo" hotel January 28. Since the time of the first conference held ten years ago, the event has turned into the biggest scientific forum on Jewish studies in the post-Soviet area.
Different departments of the conference dealt with almost all aspects of the Jewish history of the past three thousand years. A round table discussion dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the "Case of the Doctors" was held January 29. The final day of conference, January 30, was dedicated to the exhibition of the latest releases to the Jewish book market.
