"Africa-Israel" Company planed to build several shopping malls outside Israel.

"Africa-Israel" Company has decided to build several shopping malls (canyons) outside Israel. The decision was taken following the unprecedented success of the "Flora" shopping mall in Prague, the Czech Republic. Its official opening is scheduled for March 2003, but the owners have already received the entire set of orders from shops and trading networks to have their branches opened in the "Flora".
"Ediot Ahronot" has learnt that the leadership of the company is going to open shopping malls of the same size in New York City and Moscow. The contract with Russian representatives has already been signed; meanwhile, in the USA, the negotiations on building a mall in Queens, NYC, are in progress. When completed, both shopping malls will be the first Israeli citizens' property of the size and kind, in each of the respective country.
The area of the Moscow shopping moll is planned to be 20,000 square meters. The Canyon will be completely owned by "Africa-Israel" Company, which is to invest US$ 25,000,000 into the construction. In NYC, 65% will belong to the Company; the other, to a local partner.
