Don't Jews have any right in their country to celebrate religious holidays?!

Accusation of "provoking national and religious hostility to Jews, propagation of their inferiority and participation in crimes" was charged by Tatyana Kotljar, the deputy of the Kaluga Legislative assembly, against the archpriest Oleg Chekrygin, who published the article "Ivans not knowing the sibs" in January issue of the local newspaper "Moscow Gates". In the application submitted to the Obninsk Office of Public Prosecutor on January 12, Tatyana Kotljar asked to call the priest to criminal liability according to the item 282 of RF Criminal Code (kindling national and religious division) and grounded her words by quotations from his article.
In particular, Oleg Chekrygin asserts that Jews "worship the devil and from him have the great power in this world".
