"Feygala" Jewish art center for children in Ust-Kamenogorsk.

The employees of "Faina" Hesed felt the need for a children program right from the very beginning. However, to breathe life into the idea turned out to be not an easy task. The dream came true in the summer of 2002. During the winter school holidays, the "Feygala" Jewish art center for children was opened in Ust-Kamenogorsk.
A group of talented teenagers has been selected for the training given in the center. The education program includes classes of Hebrew, music, fine arts, and the Jewish Tradition.
Now, the center - this entirely new world for the children of the Ust-Kamenogorsk Jewish community - is celebrating eight months of its existing.
