Moisei Kozulin celebrated his seventieth anniversary.

An outstanding painter, graphic artist, pedagogue, the Honored painter of Ukraine Moisei Kozulin celebrated his seventieth birthday.
He started creating in 1953. In 1962, he was admitted into the Artists' Union of the USSR. The following years were filled with creative work, participation in numerous republican, national and international exhibitions.
A great portion of the artist's work is dedicated to the Jewish topic, well highlighted in the upcoming personal exhibition.
The artist was greeted by the executive committee of Dnepropetrovsk branch of the Union of Ukrainian Artists. Honoring the artist's 70th anniversary, the city's Vice-Mayor P. Kudelya presented Moisei Kozulin "Thanks from the city's Mayor", for years of creative work, professionalism, significant personal contribution into development of fine arts. M.Homenko, representing the city's Department of Culture, Kozulin's students and colleagues greeted the artist. Kharkov, Lugansk, and Donetsk branches of the Union of Artists sent their greetings well, too.
