Representatives of the parliamentary committee on labor of Thailand have expressed concern with destiny of citizens of Thailand working under the contract in Israel.
In opinion of the committee, the government should forbid the employment agencies to offer the unemployed "favorable opportunities" in the sector of Gaza or other hot points of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. Moreover the majority of laborers have no idea of where they are sent. The representative of the parliamentary committee, Premsak Pereira, has noticed that such agencies should be punished as they endanger lives of the compatriots.
Nowadays over 137 Thais are working in the sector of Gaza, thus members of the parliament require the government to order immediate evacuation of laborers.
