The Kharkov branch of the "Sokhnut" Jewish agency was re-opened after its quarters' restoration.

Kharkov branch of the "Sokhnut" Jewish agency was recently re-opened at the solemn ceremony, after the restoration works in its quarters had been finished. The only thing yet to be repaired is the roof. The inhabitants say that the owner of the building (the executive committee) promises to repair the roof once the snow disappears. The "Sokhnutists" did the internal restoration on their own.
The guests were greeted right at the staircase, with music and flowers. To see the renewed "Sokhnut", people came from other cities and town of Ukraine, and even from Moldova. Everyone had presents to give and warm word to say to the hosts.
The quarters after the restoration, which by the way had taken two months only, were compared to a miracle which is better to be seen once than be heard about a hundred times.
