Orsk: the celebration of Purim was attended by Alex Nisan, the First Secretary of the Embassy of the State of Israel in Russia.

Celebration of the holiday of Purim was held in Orsk. The First Secretary of the Embassy of Israel in Russia Alex Nisan was invited for the event. The students of the Orsk Sunday school performed cheerful and igniting Purim-spiel. The Purim celebrations in Novotroitsk were just as much big and lively. About 330 people took part in the celebrations. All the Jewish organization participated in the festivities: the Jewish Community of the town of Orsk, the Community's Cultural Center, the Hesed and the Jewish agency in Russia. The Purim festivities were attended by the members of the Depute Council of the State Duma of the town of Orsk.
