"Amnesty International": the conditions of ethnic minorities in Russian are worsening.

                  19.03.2003

"Amnesty International", an international human right protection organization, thinks that the conditions of several ethnical minorities in Russia continue to worsen, and that the governmental institutions of the country are to blame.
The German information agency epd reports that "Amnesty International" has demanded that the Government of Russia take necessary measures to stop racism and discrimination against the ethnic minorities in the country. The Amnesty International's statement released in Moscow reads that the Chechens, the Jews, black students and refugees from Africa are the ones who suffer the most from discrimination
