A delegation from the Israeli Employment Assistance centre visited Samara and Saratov.

The long-awaited delegation from the Israeli Employment Assistance centre visited Samara and Saratov. The delegation included psychologist Ian Sunman and career-guidance specialist Ilana Geldfand. During the three days' visit, Ian and Ilana met with potential repatriates, held personal quality and talent tests. At the tête-à-tête consultations, the Israeli professionals demonstrated where and how the abilities revealed in the tests could be applied once the repatriate in question is in Israel. In addition to that, the Israelis explained how to write a good CV and a previous working experience description, in order to attract possible Israeli employers' attention. That information was of high importance, for largest is the number of the people annually repatriating from these towns with the Jewish Agency in Russia.
