The number of US pilgrims to Byelorussia increases.
28.03.2003 The number of the US pilgrims visiting the Judaic shrines in Byelorussia is increasing, has said Yuriy Dorn, the President of the Byelorussian Judaic Religious union.
He has said that about 2,000 US citizens, whose ancestors came from this country, are planning to visit Byelorussia this year. The first group of US pilgrim is due to arrive in Byelorussia at the beginning of the upcoming week.
Yuriy Dorn has also said that "the American Jews of Byelorussian descend go on a pilgrimage to Byelorussia every year".
He has also reminded that "Byelorussia has preserved several locations significant to the world's Jewry"
