10.04.2003 In Smolensk, Rabbi Levi Mondstein delivered lectures on the Kashrut to twenty five representatives of the Jewish community organizations and "Hesed" organizations from Central Russia and the Volga region. The rabbi's lectures were a part of the regional workshop program. The participants showed great interest in the topic and posed many practical questions once the session was over. Mondstein also conducted two rituals of Bar-mitzvah and initiated the cooperation between the two Jewish organizations of Smolensk.
