The contest of projects within the framework of the library program is opened in Almaty.
21.04.2003 At the seminar of employees of Jewish libraries and of the Kazakhstan JCC, held in Almaty in February, the president of "Mitzvah" Association Alexander Baron suggested to arrange contest for the best project within the framework of the library program.
