Judaic Department of the Institute of interethnic research recognized as the best among humanitarian departments of the Moldovan

The Judaic Department of the Institute of interethnic research was recognized as the best among humanitarian departments of the Moldavan Academy of sciences over the past half-year. Rita Kleyman, head of the department, professor and doctor of literary studies: "We left many academic collectives behind not only because of the quantity and quality of the published works, but because the half-year was full of serious scientific reports and messages from our branch at international conferences and symposiums". The experts considered such reports delivered by professor Iakov Kopanskii and Rita Kleyman herself at the large European 10th International Conference on Issues of Academic Judaica ("Sefer-book" in Moscow) and a series of reports were considered at the recent Berlin forum of Jewish women-leaders. Moldovan scientists were also active participants of the International Forum on Academic Judaica that took place in Kharkov on the basis of the International Solomon University. Professor Kleyman considers that practical models on further interaction, a common computer database and the joint preparation of professional experts in Judaica were developed there.
