Organizations Launched Three-Year Program Aimed at Combating Racism, Xenophobia and Anti-Semitism.
18.09.2003 The Moscow Human Rights Bureau, Moscow Helsinki Group (MHG), the Union of Councils for Soviet Jews, and other advocate organizations together started a three-year program aimed at fighting racism, xenophobia, anti-Semitism and ethnic discrimination. The project was initiated by the MHG and is sponsored by the European Commission, Liudmila Alekseyeva, MHG head, told Echo of Moscow radio.
